These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (netminding.net) and the mental performance coaching services ("Services") offered by Lukas Rother. By accessing our website or booking our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services Description

Netminding provides mental performance coaching tailored to individual needs, focusing on practical solutions for challenges faced by athletes and others seeking to improve mental skills. Sessions may involve identifying challenges, discussing solutions, and developing personalized strategies. Communication methods (text, voice, video) can be chosen by the client. Our services include introductory sessions and longer consulting sessions as described on our booking page.

Disclaimer: Psychological consulting is distinct from licensed therapy or medical treatment. Our services are not intended to diagnose or treat mental health disorders. If you require psychological or medical assistance, please consult a qualified professional.

Bookings, Payments, and Fees

All coaching sessions must be booked through our online scheduling system (Cal.com). Fees for Services are listed on the booking page and must be paid in advance at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely via Stripe through the Cal.com platform. We do not store your full credit card details.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is as follows:

1. Cancellation with Refund: You may cancel your booked session for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. (Example: A session scheduled for Wednesday 3:00 PM must be cancelled by Tuesday 3:00 PM).
2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are generally non-refundable, as this time has been specifically reserved for you.
3. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session via the link provided in your booking confirmation email, subject to the same 24-hour notice period.
4. Emergencies: We recognize that emergencies occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule within the 24-hour window due to an unavoidable emergency, please contact us directly at info@netminding.net as soon as possible. We will assess the situation and may offer a manual refund or reschedule at our discretion.

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice ("no-show") will result in forfeiture of the session fee.

Confidentiality

We are deeply committed to maintaining the confidentiality of our coaching relationship. Everything discussed during our sessions, as well as any personal information you share, will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party without your explicit written consent. The only exceptions to this confidentiality are situations where disclosure is required by law, such as imminent risk of serious harm to yourself or others. Intellectual Property

Any materials, resources, or content provided during coaching sessions or on the Netminding.net website are the intellectual property of Lukas Rother / Netminding.net unless otherwise stated. These materials are for your personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Our coaching services are provided "as is." While we strive to provide valuable guidance, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Netminding.net and Lukas Rother shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved amicably through negotiation if possible.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the effective date and potentially posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
